At Sahareye, we are committed to providing an excellent customer experience. Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we offer you the option to request a product exchange if it does not suit you, under the conditions clearly defined below.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

1. General Conditions of Eligibility for an Exchange

1.1. Deadline for making an exchange request

Exchange requests must be made within a strict timeframe of:

  • 3 days following the date of receipt of your order for local orders (Morocco).
  • 7 days from the date of receipt for international orders.

1.2. Condition of the returned product

For an item to be eligible for an exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Be new, unused, unworn, with no signs of use.
  • Keep all labels, original packaging and accessories (protective sleeve, box, authenticity cards, etc.).
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, undamaged, and with no signs of wear on the sole or upper.
  • Swimwear must be returned with its hygiene label in place, unworn.
  • The returned item must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice or order confirmation.

1.3. Items not eligible for exchange

For reasons of hygiene, safety or regulations, certain items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, in particular:

  • Beauty products, cosmetics and perfumes.
  • Lingerie and underwear.
  • The earrings.
  • Items that have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Personalized or made-to-order products.
2. Exchange Request Procedure

2.1. Contact initial

Any exchange request must be sent to our customer service by email at the following address: hello@sahareye.com

The message should include:

  • The order number.
  • The name of the item you wish to exchange.
  • The name of the desired replacement product (this must be of equivalent value and available in stock).

2.2. Validation and return instructions

After receiving your request, our team will review your file and contact you to confirm the feasibility of the exchange. If your request is approved, you will receive:

  • The postal address to which to return the product.
  • Specific instructions on packaging and shipping.

2.3. Inspection of the returned item

Upon receipt of your return package, we will carefully check the condition of the item.

If the product meets all the conditions stated above, the exchange will be validated and the new item will be prepared for shipment.

3. Deadlines and Shipping

3.1. Processing times

Exchanges are processed within 3 to 7 business days from receipt and validation of the returned product.

3.2. Availability of the replacement product

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is no longer available, a credit in the amount of your original purchase may be issued, valid for a future order.

4. Return Costs

4.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (e.g.: item sent incorrectly or product defective upon receipt).

4.2. We recommend that you choose a shipping service with a tracking number and possibly transport insurance, as Sahareye cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or not received upon return.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

5.1.If you receive an item that is damaged, incomplete, or does not match the original order, please contact us immediately at hello@sahareye.com with:

  • Clear photos of the product in question.
  • The order number and a description of the problem.

5.2.After verification, if the product is indeed non-compliant or damaged, we will cover the return costs and proceed with an exchange or a refund, according to your choice.

6. Additional Limits and Conditions

6.1. Only one exchange per item is permitted.

6.2.No cash refunds will be made for items returned for exchange, except in exceptional cases validated by management.

6.3.Exchanges are only possible for products of equivalent value. If the desired product is worth more, you may be asked to pay an additional amount.

6.4.Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation of Order

7.1. Cancellation Conditions Before Shipment

You have the option to cancel your order free of charge, provided that it has not yet been shipped.

For this, please contact us as quickly as possible by email to hello@sahareye.com by mentioning:

  • Your full name
  • The order number
  • The object: Cancellation request

If the order is still being processed (not shipped), we will proceed with immediate cancellation and full refund of your payment via the same payment method used during the purchase.

7.2. Order Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You will then have to wait for the package to be received and then follow the procedure for return or exchange, in accordance with the conditions indicated in this policy.

7.3. Personalized or Custom Products

The products personalized or made to order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, except in the event of a proven defect or error on our part.
